I found SOME aspects disappointing. The wait for food was REALLY long (I mean, REALLY long). During lunch, I waited about 30 minutes for drinks and an hour for food even the restaurant was almost empty. When the food arrived, everything came at once. My appetizer and main course were served together so my main course was already cold when I finished my soup.

I really enjoyed the large swimming pools. They seemed very clean. i noted no chemical treatment smell near the pools. the location is convenient. there is a popular food street and bali collection for shopping right next to the hotel. staff were friendly and provided prompt assistance when needed.

the gym had new technology but the air conditioning was too strong.

breakfast was so yummy. so many options existed for vegetarians! the pool area is super relaxing. the bed was big and comfy! pillows were nice and cozy! they quickly brought more pillows and blankets when i requested them. the room service was great, with lots of options and good labelling on allergens. the hotel staff was amazing, so caring, polite, and nice.

I found the gym could have been cooler. It felt a bit stuffy when i was working out. more fans or better air conditioning would improve the experience.

I stayed for six nights and it was special! the pools were amazing, especially the lazy river. I spent hours just relaxing there. our room was spacious and super clean, with good towel animals waiting for us every day. i even enjoyed the gym. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes!

the shuttle bus to the beach only runs every hour. during peak hours, it was often crowded, and i had to wait for the bus to return to pick up more passengers. this sometimes delayed getting to the beach.

The hotel is located about ten minutes walk to the collection where plenty of restaurants are available. shuttles to the beach and collection happen every hour. This made getting around very easy. i loved it!
